Siamo a conoscenza del fatto che una società con sede in Austria, la Construct Data Verlag GmbH, invia lettere ad aziende espositrici di fiere, offrendo la pubblicazione di un'inserzione pubblicitaria per tre anni sul un catalogo virtuale consultabile sul sito Internet www.fairguide.com verso il pagamento di un importo annuo (€ 971).
Nell'offerta, la Construct Data usa il nome di Fiere Italiane, i nomi di rassegne fieristiche e dell'azienda che vi espone.
La stessa procedura viene usata nei confronti di numerose Fiere italiane ed estere.

Intendiamo chiarire che non abbiamo mai autorizzato la Construct Data ad usare i nostri marchi e altri dati, essendo completamente estranei all'attività svolta dalla società austriaca.
Nel caso riceviate il modulo/contratto della Construct Data Verlag GmbH consigliamo di leggere molto attentamente tutte le condizioni prima di firmare.

 It has come to our knowledge that an Austrian company, the Construct Data Verlag GmbH, uses to send letters to exhibitors of fairs with an offer to advertise for three year on a virtual catalogue published on the web site www.fairguide.com at the cost of 971 €/year.
In the offer, Construct Data uses the name of Italian Fairs and also the name of the exhibitions and which exhibitor took part. The same procedure is used with many Italian and foreigners Fairs.

We intend to clarify that Construct Data has never been authorized to use Fair's trade marks and data, so they act without the participation, approval or knowledge of Fairs.
If you receive the letter/contract from Construct Data Verlag GmbH, please read very carefully all the clauses before signing.
